Explore the ISME20 Scientific Sessions

The 20th International Symposium on Microbial Ecology is the premier global conference focusing on microbial ecology in the environmental, human and biotechnological fields, which will be reflected in its scientific programme. Besides our inspiring keynote speakers and their presentations, there are 28 sessions planned, covering topics spanning the full breadth of microbial ecology – from environmental microbiomes and host–microbe interactions to cutting-edge methods and emerging technologies – led by renowned researchers in the field.

Session convenors have invited thought-leaders to speak in their session who bring new insights and perspectives to their topics.  At the same time, ISME20 also welcomes contributions from the broader community, from early career researchers to senior scientists to present their own cutting-edge research and engage with fellow scientists. By submitting an abstract you could be selected to  share your research results as a 15-minute presentation, a 5-minute talk or a poster presentation.

Look out for the abstract submission call at the end of the year.
