The Local Organising Committee (LOC) has made a brand new promotional video to encourage you to join ISME20. After the success of the first video, which premiered with a lot of applause at the Closing Ceremony of ISME19, the LOC members would like to show you more of their beautiful country, their research, and their (acting) skills.
In the first video, we joined ISME20 Chair Mike Taylor and ISME20 Co-Chair Gavin Lear on their quest to obtain some ‘typical’ New Zealand samples, such as pure Kiwi air and water, but also your standard orc sample. In the sequel, Mike takes sampling to the extreme to the exasperation of fellow LOC Members Gavin Lear, Kristi Biswas, and Matthew Stott.
Follow Mike and his fellow LOC Members on their mission to promote ISME20 and see where this takes them in Aotearoa, the land of the long white cloud. Better yet, join us in New Zealand and experience all these fun adventures for yourself!
If you missed it before, or want to see it again, you can watch the first video here
We hope to be seeing you all in Auckland next year!
