Full Registration includes:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions and access to the poster, catering and exhibition area
  • Morning and Afternoon Tea (Conference Days)
  • ISME Backpack and access to the Abstract Book
  • Attendance at the Welcome Reception and Award Reception
  • 1 ticket to the Social Gathering at the Viaduct Events Centre on Tuesday evening

An accompanying person, or guest, must be accompanied by a delegate registration. Guests are allowed access to the poster, catering and exhibition area, but not to the scientific sessions. Tea and coffee breaks and attendance at the Welcome Reception and Award Reception are included in registration.

* ISME Members: Please note you must be a registered active member of ISME upon registering for ISME20.

** (Developing Country) Student Delegates: For students to qualify for the student rate, they must send documentary proof that you are in full time study at a recognized educational institution. You will be able to download and upload a verification form within the registration module. You will be considered a student if you are enrolled as a student for most of the year 2026 (i.e. for at least six months or more in 2026).

*** Developing country (student) delegates: To be eligible to register for this category, your country of employment needs to be listed here as a low income economy or lower-middle income economy. If you are employed by an institution in a upper-middle income economy or high income economy, then you cannot make use of the developing country registration fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be notified in writing.

  • Cancellations received until Friday 1 May 2026 will receive a full refund less a € 25 / NZ $ 50 administration charge.
  • Cancellations received from Saturday 2 May 2026 until Sunday 28 June 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after Monday 29 June 2026.

Substitute delegates will be accepted without charge.
