Length of Presentations
Each contributed session oral presentation will be 15 minutes in length including time for questions.
Invited speaker presentations are allocated 30 minutes including question time. Keynote speakers can give a 45 minute presentation including question time.
Ensure that your presentation does not go over your allotted time, as all sessions will start and stop on time.
Equipment Available for your use
• Windows compatible computer running Microsoft PowerPoint
• Projector
• Screen – 16:9 format
• Microphone at lectern
• Sound system – connected to computer for computer/video audio
• Laser Pointer and remote clicker
All the computers at the conference are PCs with Microsoft PowerPoint installed. Mac created presentations should be converted to PowerPoint where possible or PDF. PowerPoint is preferred as it enables a much smoother transition between presentations. If you are using multimedia files/videos please bring them as separate files even if they are embed into PowerPoint as a backup in the event that they will not play in the embed format.
Presentation upload and Speaker Preparation Room
ALL presenters MUST check in at the Speaker Preparation Room. Please do this the day before your presentation, if this is not possible then at least 2 hours prior to your session.
• At this time your presentation will be loaded onto the system. Please note that it is possible to update your presentation later if required, this also needs be done in the speaker preparation room.
• Please note Speaker Preparation will be very busy Monday morning and during breaks so where possible, if you are presenting on Monday check in on Sunday afternoon or check-in during a session.
• You can send your presentation in advance to the conference Dropbox. You MUST still check in at Speakers Preparation Room.
Your presentation file should be named using your name, the day & the room you are presenting in example: Bill_Johnson_Mon_Room2. If you are unsure of some of these details include what you have.

Session Chairs
Please refer to the Program available on the mobile and web application for the name of your Session Chairs. Please be at the appointed session room at least 15 minutes before the start of your session to meet with the session chairs, check you presentation and get familiar with the equipment. If there are any problems, communicate this to the Session Chair immediately.
